By accessing or using the taya55 website, mobile platform, or any associated service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the taya55 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties.
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Philippine law, as administered by PAGCOR, sets the minimum legal gambling age at 21. taya55 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of, or legally accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by law.
• You are not excluded from gambling pursuant to a self-exclusion order, court order, regulatory directive, or PAGCOR exclusion list.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another individual.
• You have not previously had a taya55 account terminated for cause.

taya55 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at taya55's sole discretion. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the taya55 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — are strictly prohibited. taya55 employs technical and manual means to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances therein may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taya55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your password. You must notify taya55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

taya55 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal risk management policies and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

taya55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are published on the taya55 Cashier page.

All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be returned, subject to applicable transaction fees. taya55 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the taya55 platform — generally within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash withdrawals during normal operating hours. taya55 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or regulatory holds.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, taya55 may require the completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation if taya55 has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. All transactions on the taya55 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

taya55 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions for sports betting bonuses.

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

taya55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated. taya55 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to players who have made at least one qualifying deposit within the specified promotional period. Players using multiple accounts, shared IP addresses, or other indicators of coordinated abuse may be excluded from promotional eligibility.

All games available on the taya55 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — during a game session, taya55 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to your account. taya55's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences, except for bets already accepted at a quoted price. taya55 reserves the right to void sports bets where odds were clearly published in error. In-play wagers are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.

taya55 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions in connection with investigations of prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen, withheld, or reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

taya55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) placement on any regulatory exclusion list; or (e) any other circumstance deemed appropriate by taya55 in its sole discretion.

Upon voluntary account closure initiated by the player, any remaining account balance (subject to any pending withdrawal holds or investigations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be paid out upon account closure.

Players may voluntarily close their taya55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with taya55's Responsible Gaming Policy and may take up to 24 hours to become fully effective across all platform channels.

taya55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. The taya55 platform is intended solely as a recreational activity and must not be used as a means of financial income or as a coping mechanism for personal problems.

No content from the taya55 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of taya55. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the taya55 platform, even if taya55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

taya55's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya55 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. taya55 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on information or game outcomes displayed due to a technical error.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to its validity, breach, termination, or interpretation — shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: The player must first submit a written complaint to taya55 customer support. taya55 will respond within five (5) business days. The parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution within fifteen (15) business days of the complaint being received.
• Step 2 – PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
• Step 3 – Court Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.

taya55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material, taya55 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via an on-platform notification, email, or SMS to your registered contact details. For non-material amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the taya55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting taya55 customer support.
